The Toor Centre for Teacher Education is situated in the Nzeveni location which is approximately five kilometres from Kikima (District Headquarters of Mbooni West). The main building for the centre is 1948 square feet. Three additional buildings and land surrounding the centre have been generously donated by the AIC. Within the main building there are two large classrooms, offices for the Principal and Deputy Principal, an accounts office, staff room, reception area, and library. There are separate dormitories for male and female students that wish to board during their studies. The additional buildings will be used for the Principal’s home, staff/student quarters, and a storage room. A generator has also been donated for electricity and we are working on constructing a well for water and washrooms for the compound.
